Perfect! I found the listCampaigns function. Now I need to update it to support urgency sorting. Let me check the campaign repository implementation first to see how sorting works:

Now I need to add urgency sorting support. Since urgency calculation requires participantCount and maxParticipants which aren't in the database campaigns table, I'll need to handle urgency sorting in the application layer after fetching the campaigns. Let me create a utility function to handle this and update the backend accordingly.
