This PR implements Allbridge cross-chain routing support:\n\n- GET /api/allbridge/tokens: fetches and caches Allbridge chains, tokens, routes\n- POST /api/allbridge/quote: returns fee estimates, slippage, and target amounts; persists origin tx hash when provided\n- DB migration: adds allbridge_transfers table to persist origin tx hash, target amount, and fees\n- Background verifier service: polls Allbridge tx status and updates DB records in a thread-safe manner\n\nCloses #848\n\nNotes:\n- Migrations must be applied using before runtime.\n- can be overridden via environment variable.\n
