Welcome to my GitHub profile! I am an engineer with a background in cybersecurity and a strong focus on systems, distributed architectures and network protocols. My journey has taken me across the beautiful landscapes of Italy, Finland and Germany, where I've immersed myself in the fascinating world of technology and security.
I enjoy working on problems involving:
- fault tolerance and consistency in distributed systems
- networking and protocol behaviour
- performance and low-level systems (C)
- security in real-world infrastructure and much more!
This project implements a protocol for coordinating a group of replicas in a distributed system, ensuring fault tolerance through a quorum-based approach.
- Repository: Distributed System Project
This project presents a fully-featured simulator for the Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), specifically designed for modeling inter-AS (Autonomous System) routing in a scalable and customizable environment.
- Repository: Bgp-Simulator
- Programming: Java, C, Assembly, Bash, SQL
- Tools: Git, Docker
- Operating Systems: Linux, Windows
I'm deeply interested in the following areas:
- Cryptography
- Distributed Systems
- Network Security
- Threat Modelling
When I'm not coding or working, you can find me:
- Exploring new tech trends and cybersecurity techniques
- Reading classic novels
- Travelling and enjoying nature
- Learning new languages (both spoken and programming!)
I'm always excited to connect with fellow tech enthusiasts, students, and professionals. Feel free to reach out to me!
