noupdate changes
-----------------

- Halts update check obsolete timer
- Default settings have update checking set to never
- Icons changed slightly to denote the build you're running (a stale colour, heh)

Supported systems
-----------------

FileZilla-noupdate has been tested specifically (although not extensively) with the following:
- Windows 10
- Windows 11
- Debian 10 (Buster)
- Debian 11 (Bullseye)

The following are also presumed to work:
- Windows 8.1 
- Major Linux distributions
- FreeBSD and other BSD variants
- Mac OS X

Tested architectures:
- x86-64 / amd64

FileZilla may be able to run on additional systems and architectures.
