Lorenz program for Stata

Tests folder:

• Includes files used to test that new Stata code works similar to the R functions.
• compare_outputs.R showed no difference in outputs with a tolerance of 1e10^13
• CAUTION: These files use more surveys than the one in SampleData, but these were not uploaded due to the size. They can be download here: https://www.lisdatacenter.org/resources/self-teaching/

Do files:

• lorenz_table_defs.do: These are the program needed to obtain the bins
• LIS_1000bins.do: Uses the lorenz program for all the LIS dataset. CAUTION: It is design to work on the LIS server but it has not be tested.
• OneSvy_1000bins.do: Uses the lorenz program for one survey only. The SampleData folder has the test survey used in this file ("us14ih.do").
