Adds LLM Exploit Generation -- Phase 2: Agentic vs. Classic Offensive Approaches (Threat Intelligence Initiative, v1.0, Oct 2026, 57pp) as status: current under red-teaming, submitted through inbox/. Stacked on #2; this is the first real run of the inbox workflow.

  • License: page 2 states "This document is licensed under Creative Commons, CC BY-SA 4.0" and links the legal code.
  • Follows, does not supersede, the Phase 1 entry llm-exploit-generation-1.0, which stays linked only (its license is still unconfirmed).
  • source_url points at the Threat Intelligence Initiative page until the report has its own genai.owasp.org resource page; update it then.
  • The PDF's internal metadata title reads "Submission_Draft"; confirm this is the final published file before merging.

Threat Intelligence Initiative report (57pp, October 2026): compares
human-guided single-model ("classic") and agentic LLM offensive
workflows against Hack The Box targets, including "vibe hacking",
      threat-actor tiering and uplift, offensive-LLM economics, insider/local
models, what defenders can take from it, and a critique of cyber
benchmark reliability. Distinct from the Phase 1 report
(llm-exploit-generation-1.0, linked only), which it follows rather than
supersedes. source_url is the initiative page until the report's own
genai.owasp.org resource page exists -- update it then.

Reviewers: confirm the license and the manifest entry before merging.
