The desktop app is distributed as a download link from this public repo per the distribution decision; the page renders per-OS buttons from the live updater manifest. One sentence makes the open-core split explicit: the engine is this repo, the app is proprietary.
Every kept claim verified against source. Removes the false claim that publish --server fetches pack bytes; adds Admin (tombstone endpoint + FRAMESHIFT_ADMIN_PUBKEYS semantics) and Conformance (baseline, cross-version gate, warn-only vs integrity hard-block + override) sections; notes GET /v1/authors; documents growth.jsonl in the store layout and grow-log migration in the migrate row; adds the MCP search tool (10 total); reconciles the server config table with all 28 ServerConfig fields including the one prefixed var. Also fixes the stale conformance_baseline doc comment in frameshift-pack, which described a hard-block-on-regression contract the dead evaluate_upgrade path owned; the live gate is evaluate_cross_version.
Four curated pack.toml provenance comments referenced the private persona library's internal bundle paths and, in two cases, private operational rule names. Comments only; no manifest values, hashes, or persona content changed.
