Adds one workflow that posts curated release + changelog embeds to the Syntheos Systems Discord on
release: published. No source/build/test changes -- a single workflow file plus two repo secrets (already configured).actions/checkoutis pinned to a SHA; curl fails on webhook HTTP errors.
