Bumps the version to 0.7.0 in the five version fields and cuts the 0.7.0 section in CHANGELOG.md.
Highlights: per-session state on the server, synced across clients (#150); per-session permission mode (#149); providers with any number of models and an optional fast model (#159); streaming rendering and re-render fixes (#158, #165, #169, #171); thinking and tool calls folded into one group (#170); faster startup (#161); bundled ripgrep (#178); terminal settings moved into the sidecar and all shell calls routed through one module (#179); proxy fix for failed Responses streams (#148); provider save errors shown in the form (#175).
Minor rather than patch: the provider file migrated by #159 cannot be read by older versions.
Tested:
cargo testindesktop/src-taurion main@26f91b7 passes (35 tests). CI was green on main@26f91b7.
