- feat(attribution): add --agent flag and binary file tracking
- refactor: remove GPG TODO and split E2E tests
- Add --agent flag to 'trace investigate fix' command to specify agent name - Add BinaryFilesChanged field to track binary file modifications - Binary files are detected using go-git's IsBinary() algorithm Co-authored-by: CommandCodeBot <noreply@commandcode.ai>
