When an official Codex release was discovered, the runtime still forced its identity back to the sampled 0.162.1 transport version. Resolve the client version independently (manual, synced, built-in 0.163.0), keep the transport reference provenance accurate, and include the actual client version in connection pool keys. Future stable releases take effect through the existing six-hour sync without a new sampling gate.

Rebuild Pelican tests around a responsive works gallery and task list. Replace the wizard with a single-page composer and sticky launch summary, preserve per-user session drafts and URL filters, add account name/ID search, and reorganize work details and cross-task comparisons. Existing prompt, execution, retry, preview isolation, and full administrator evidence contracts remain intact.

Validation: focused Go version/identity/pool regressions; focused Vue workflow, draft/URL recovery, detail and identity tests; typecheck and affected-file lint; local synthetic browser checks at 375/768/1440/1920 px including dark theme and keyboard account search. No real model requests or upstream binary sampling. Normal required PR checks remain enabled.
