Cambios realizados
Se agregó un nuevo endpoint PATCH a la ruta /api/courses/{id}/publish en el CourseController para permitir que un administrador cambie el estado published de un curso.
Se añadió la lógica correspondiente en el CourseService y CourseServiceImpl para actualizar el campo published en la base de datos.
El endpoint está protegido con la anotación @PreAuthorize("hasRole('ADMIN')"), asegurando que solo los usuarios con este rol puedan realizar esta acción.
2.- Verificar la publicación del curso:
Obtén un token de un usuario con rol ADMIN.
Realiza una petición PATCH a http://localhost:8080/api/courses/1/publish?published=true con el token de ADMIN.
La petición debe retornar 200 OK y el body del curso actualizado con "published": true.
Realiza otra petición GET a /api/courses/1 para confirmar que el valor de published ahora es true.
