I love contributing to open source when I'm able. Recent examples include CollectorVision (open-source collectible card identification), WaterPAL (low-cost monitors for water pumps, currently deployed and monitoring in multiple countries in Africa), and my contributions to Llama.cpp, where I've focused on grammar, testing, and performance.
