docs: plain-copy rewrite of negation-heavy explainer and guide lines - #31

Conversation
Rewrites every entry the negation-load scanner (articulate negation, copy rule) flagged in the user-facing docs: each line now says what the tool does and how to use it, with the command, output, field name or file that shows it. "What it does not do" sections become "Limits", with each limit stated once. Gate: articulate negation FILES --rule copy --gate exits 0 on the changed files. Rewrites the user-facing docs lines that the negation-load scanner (
articulate negation --rule copy) flagged. Each line now says what the tool does and how to use it, and points at the command, output, field or file that shows it. "What it does not do" sections are renamed "Limits", with each limit stated once in plain words.Scanner, before: plexus/docs/explainer/index.html: 40: 12 fail, 1 warn, 27 ok;plexus/docs/PICK.md: 16: 3 fail, 0 warn, 13 ok;
Scanner, after: plexus/docs/explainer/index.html: 40: 0 fail, 1 warn, 39 ok;plexus/docs/PICK.md: 16: 0 fail, 0 warn, 16 ok;
Tests: the repository's suite ran locally on this branch and passed.
