PrebidMobile made a breaking change in this commit where a member of the
UserUniqueIDstruct was renamed. Update our usage to match.Bump Package.resolved to the latest PrebidMobile release 3.3.1 so that compilation is verified.
This PR also updates a couple of podspec inconsistencies ready for next release.
