v1.8.0 Release of Cool Tab

This release brings significant improvements to personalization, and productivity. We've revamped our core infrastructure and added brand new ways to stay organized.

What's New

TodoList Widget

Stay on top of your tasks directly from your new tab. The new TodoList widget allows you to:

  • Add, toggle, and remove tasks with a clean, interactive UI.
  • Set task limits to stay focused.
  • All tasks are persisted locally in your browser.

Clock Personalization

Your clock, your style. You can now choose between:

  • Minimal: A sleek, modern hand-less design.
  • Classic: A traditional analog look with ticks and sharp hands.
    Choice is persisted across sessions and themes.

Revamped Widget Sidebar

We've completely redesigned the settings sidebar. It now features an Interactive Widget Grid:

  • Visual previews for every widget.
  • Click-to-toggle cards with selection indicators.
  • Improved animations and a more intuitive layout.
