you will need to install the following packages.
- sdl2
for linux, use your package manager. on windows, use vcpkg.
cmake -B build -PLATFORM_SDL2=ON -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release
cmake --build build -jITotalJustice/TotalGB
