@desig9stein , this works a bit weird now. When I am slightly below full screen on 1080p (so similar to your MAC screen) the new layout triggers and the content area becomes 1099 px . When I maximize the browser to the full screen I get gaps and this shrinks the content area to 947px .

Can we make this work a bit more natural e.g.

• 1920px browser width or below - no gaps, full content area
• when you expand above 1920px instead of the panels expanding you get the gaps between them to start widening with the extra space

This ensures that both your smaller MAC screen and a normal 1080p monitor on full screen gets the extra space and instead of a sharp cutoff that adds gaps and risks shrinking the content area, you gradually increase the gaps. If you need a cut off point for the double borders, it can be literally 1921px imo.
