Summary

• Bump package version 0.0.0 → 0.0.1 in package.json and package-lock.json (root + packages[""]).
• CHANGELOG: move the Unreleased entries from ### Changed to ### Added (they describe the initial OSS contents, which are additions).

Test plan

• npm ci resolves against the updated lockfile.
• Version reads 0.0.1 in both package.json and package-lock.json.
• CHANGELOG Unreleased section shows ### Added.
