Scheduled halt at unit 220, predicted by preflight before the campaign started rather than met at 4am: PR #6273 adds a markdownlint config to the repository root, and the audit reports any root path it cannot route as unmatched_path. The file is a lint rule set -- MD007 indent, MD013 off, MD041 off for READMEs that open with a centered logo. It configures a pre-commit hook and says nothing about inference behaviour, so it belongs beside .pre-commit-config.yaml in ignored_paths rather than routing to a knowledge owner. Committed on its own rather than folded into unit 220. The driver stages `git add -A -- knowledge adapters doc`, so leaving it uncommitted would have merged a policy decision into a sync commit and hidden it from the one place the branch records policy changes. Rerunning preflight drops 220 from the schedule; 232, 259 and 294 remain. No unit is consumed and audited_sha is untouched. Gates: tree 0 errors / 16 reminders, release audit CLEAN. For this single 452-commit synchronization, setting previous_audited_sha to the penultimate upstream commit makes the PR workflow (vllm-omni-release-audit.yml:75-76) enforce only ae57e406… → 1e74807c…, although this commit's parent still has 807db6ef… as its audited pin. Consequently, changed-path ownership, manifest coverage, and stale sources: checks are skipped for virtually the entire imported range; retain the parent's audited SHA here (or submit the incremental synchronization commits) so CI audits every upstream change represented by this diff.
