The PR automation implementation checklist still listed ready notifications and the board as under review. Mark their merged PRs complete and record the exact tested ReviewBot/Copilot pair. Deployment, runtime enablement, representative live acceptance and three successful nightly observations remain unchecked.
Validation: documentation links, source citations and strict SPEC freshness pass; mandatory review gate approved iteration 1.
