Extend the existing RSI evidence owner with pinned source knowledge, decision counterexamples, original notices and native resource navigation. Preserve source-derived candidate status and separate local accounting recovery from external execution and billing guarantees. Retain the current trusted admission implementation unchanged alongside the source knowledge. LGTM for #149's bounded source-derived knowledge slice at 678230671a885655363982b3d3a92eca19ef11f0, reported base ea7ab7dae50c8c943fac54ca4a16b58f4402ab67. Not merge-ready: current main integration is conflicted (mergeable=false / dirty). Reconcile main and refresh integrated-head projection/package evidence before merge.
Reviewed changed paths, #149 scope and prior comments, and checked the pinned LoopX f094b2cfb2acde7a4a0d4d875bba52f64ac31ba9 readset. All 30 source-ledger Git blob IDs match that tree; retained LICENSE, NOTICE and historical MIT text match upstream originals. Sampled authority/provider, ordered TypeScript decision/Python fact adapter, effect/request identity, CAS, receipt repair versus replay lookup, exact GoalRef and accounting boundaries support the documented mechanisms. The material does not promote local accounting to external exactly-once execution or a supplier hard cost cap. Existing owner/cross-reference/metadata routing and generation-source bindings are coherent; no new actionable content finding.
Ready https://github.com/InferMatrixLab/InferRSI/actions/runs/40262301083 has all four full-check/installed-package jobs green; lint passes. Per-head policy has reported success, while historical aggregate declarations is failed on evaluator errors; do not conflate them or describe all CI as green. Head and conflict state were re-read before posting.
Read-only source/static/Git-identity and remote-CI review, not executed LoopX tests, generator, models, hardware, external effects or agent-efficacy trials. Candidate/not_run stays unchanged; this is not #149/#91 goal acceptance. No merge, thread resolution or issue closure.
Reviewer: dot / OpenAI assistant; exact runtime model identifier is not exposed.
Preserve the current source and navigation rows alongside the original LoopX goal-governance candidate. Keep main's generated placeholders until this canonical source merge is committed. Agent-assisted-by: Codex / gpt-6.1-sol [effort=max] (author) Signed-off-by: GUOGUO <xwdong1998@163.com>
Rebuild every registered skill abstract from the committed canonical merge so current main knowledge and the LoopX candidate share one source revision and retain their original evidence boundaries. LGTM for the repaired source/package integration at head 76fae92ecad1cece63a5438cedaca470ceb9fb65, incrementally compared with inspected 678230671a885655363982b3d3a92eca19ef11f0.
The previous dirty integration blocker is cleared (mergeable=true). Source merge eadb4f7d9c49789f0e38ff18b7b4651c793bd950 has the reviewed head and canonical a4a0 main as parents; the final head changes generated projections only. LoopX owner text, source ledger, notices and thin search-policy entry remain unchanged, so the prior upstream audit was not repeated. The 58 unrelated generated records change provenance URL/commit only. No new actionable content/software finding.
All four Ready jobs, lint and current per-head policy pass. The separate Skill Eval publisher fails HTTP 403 (log inspected); execution skipped. That remains an operational follow-up, not evidence of failed LoopX source fidelity or successful efficacy.
Integration boundary: inspected actual main 0c78a7e257dfaa3573b77581a39539e8a3a5da4c; the API base remains a4a0fbd62defe2bc53ab090e1fa50bd7139663a6. Their difference is four disjoint Flare #155 paths. This is a scoped source/software conclusion, not an all-workflows-green, model/hardware efficacy, issue acceptance or merge authorization. Separate Skill Eval publication remains failed and execution skipped; do not treat those as a successful evaluation. No model/device calls, installation or workflow dispatch was performed.

LoopX's readable Goal/Todo views, next-action decision and local settlement

replayed accounting effect as proof of external execution can authorize the

Source commiteadb4f7d9c49789f0e38ff18b7b4651c793bd950retains the original LoopX source resources and all main canonical changes; current head76fae92ecad1cece63a5438cedaca470ceb9fb65changes only generated projections from that committed source.Stock generation and its single consistency check passed. All 275 registered inputs and 60 generated discovery records match committed source bytes. Real checkout, package, declared-reference and bounded context reads passed: the mechanisms resource remains 16,696 bytes, context uses 65,370/65,536 bytes, and the cross-skill reference returns the original 4,690-byte owner README. All three original notices and revision/path refusal boundaries retain their checked behavior. These local package reads do not establish a clean installed wheel.
Independent current-head review and Ready results are recorded below in the current-head checks. LoopX runtime, model/device, quality/performance and agent-effect evaluation remain not_run.

Status: not_run / not evaluated. These are proposed source-supported cases,
not measured agent outcomes. No model execution is authorized by this PR.
For the existing skills, compare the baseline owner/resource bundle against the
final updated bundle using #88's old versus new mode. For the new LoopX
reference, additionally distinguish without this reference versus with it;
this is a reference exposure contrast, not a new skill ID. Report discovery
cases separately from cases that explicitly provide the reference. Passing both
sides does not demonstrate an incremental benefit.
should_runas generic delivery permissionAn evaluator independent of material authorship must freeze the final old/new
content and resource revisions, task inputs and independently checked expected
answers/grader before execution. Use the same model/settings, environment,
tasks and grader, fresh sessions and balanced order. Freeze trial count, token
and cost ceilings and obtain explicit revision-bound execution authorization;
those values are intentionally unselected here. Report every fix, regression,
unchanged result, uncovered case and runner/grader error with outputs. A later
revision requires reassessment and fresh authorization, not relabeling old
results. Packaging/source checks are not this agent-effect evaluation.

Current-head verification at
76fae92ecad1cece63a5438cedaca470ceb9fb65: an independent gpt-6.1-sol/ultra review found no actionable issues. All four Ready jobs (Python 3.10/3.11 full checks and clean installed-package checks) and lint-and-smoke passed. The automatic evaluation-report publisher failed with HTTP 403 from the GitHub API; its execution job was skipped. Declaration compliance is a separate status in the current-head checks.Maintainers retain Issue-level acceptance. Related engineering #137 and tracking #91 retain their separate acceptance tracks.
