Fixes several awkward literal Russian strings:

• autoAdvance read as if the lifter moves on by themselves; now says "advance automatically".
• pickedHint was missing the noun after the count.
• dragToReorder, nextDeload, momentsEmptyHint and the award lines reworded into natural Russian.

Also adds a small regression test for the corrected copy.

flutter gen-l10n produced no extra diff, and flutter test passes (863 passed, 3 skipped).
