CompatHelper: bump compat for Meshes in [weakdeps] to 0.57, (keep existing compat)

This pull request changes the compat entry for the Meshes package from 0.42 - 0.55 to 0.42 - 0.55, 0.57.
This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
