Remove deprecated macros like
NPY_BEHAVEDfrom_pydfti.pyxin favor ofNPY_ARRAY_BEHAVED.Such macros were deprecated from numpy-1.7 and are going be removed completely from numpy-2.3 (numpy/numpy#28254).
