BGP Sessions, added as written (source kept at the repo root, identical copy in mist-toolbox/tools/): switch BGP, WAN-edge BGP and SSR/SRX peer paths for one site or the whole org, from four org-level calls. Registered in tools.json and BUILTIN_TOOLS, with tests for the switch/WAN split, SSR/SRX path classing, newest-sample dedupe, single-site filtering and partial failure. Screenshots: synthetic gateways, BGP peers and peer paths in the fixtures, a new 09d stop in the capture tour, and the menu screenshots refreshed to show 13 tools.
