Description
This PR adds logs section. User can see here logs of all activities related to the incorporation process.
I added all possible logs to the SystemMessages, similar to logs in Advanced Expenditures.
I added mock data in the constants file to display the logs. Only the comments are not from the mock.
You can test this section at /incorporation/create route.
