@agnieszkajarosikloj Thank you. Is it possible to rebase a lot of these PRs as they are quite tricky to review with the other inclusions.
Could we match the design of the first banner.
You can see the differences more clearly in this animation as well.

Description
This PR adds banner at the top of the screen that shows info about application stage. Banner is displayed when application is processed and when it is completed. In completed stage there is a link to view more details.
Testing
To test go to /incorporation/create route and click "Create motion" button. Stage will change to completed after timeout.
