Reviewed, studied the changes. Not gonna lie, the most complex one seems to me BinaryCompatibilityValidatorConfiguration.kt, but hopefully in the future they fix BCV in the way that we do not need these apiBuild/ apiDump/ apiCheck manual wiring.
