Switching to ParallelTestRunner.jl to speed up the tests and fix a few things that didnt quite work.

StackOverflow in GeoParams has been fixed meanwhile in #319 and failing tests should be resolved with the next version. The same is the case with the now fixed Gridap test in GMG
