Summary

Closes #762 by adding a release verification checklist for backend, frontend, and smart contracts.

Changes

• Added docs/RELEASE_VERIFICATION_CHECKLIST.md
• Included structured GO/NO-GO release workflow with:
  • release metadata and ownership
  • preconditions (CI, migrations, backups, toolchain checks)
  • backend smoke checks
  • frontend smoke checks
  • contract smoke checks
  • cross-layer end-to-end verification
  • observability, rollback readiness, and post-release validation
  • formal sign-off table

Why

Creates a single, repeatable release gate to reduce deployment risk and ensure consistent verification across all system layers.

Scope

• Documentation only
• No runtime code changes

Validation

• Checklist reviewed for full coverage of backend/frontend/contracts release paths
• File location aligns with existing docs structure (/docs)
