Pull request overview
Updates the Custom Dashboards how-to to reflect the new Analytics dashboard filter UI, so readers can follow the current in-product workflow when adding a dashboard-level filter.
Changes:
- Replaced the old “Filter by / Filter value” flow with the new Filters + Operator + Value dropdown sequence.
- Removed the prior “Make this a preset for all viewers” instruction from the filter steps.
