**BulCoin: Chuvashia Volga-Bulgaria** is the blockchain state of Chuvashia - Volga Bulgaria. Our citizens can elect representatives through the blockchain. Resolve conflicts in private courts with a blockchain reputation. The economy is supported by the BulCoin-BLC, which is minted every month to the budget of the elected Council. The Council distributes new Bulcoin for the development of projects and the expansion of the community.
