Summary

Adds movies://top-rated, a static resource with the ten best rated movies, so the Resources tab has something to open without knowing an id. It uses the existing movies query and ranks in the resource, so no Application code changes.

This is stacked on #53 for the icons, and will retarget to main when #53 merges.
