Summary

Adds summarise_movie_reviews, a prompt that takes a movie id and asks for what reviewers said: the themes they agree on, where they disagree, and whether their words match their stars. The movieId argument gets suggestions from the existing completion handler, by title or by the start of the id.

This is stacked on #55 for PromptContent, and will retarget to main when #55 merges. It's most useful once the review text in #56 is in.
