chore(ci): add Dependabot version updates and a CODEOWNERS file - #1447
Conversation
The owner chose (D19, from the CI-policy question in LeanerCloud#1307) to turn on Dependabot version updates and add a CODEOWNERS file, while Snyk, Trivy and the coverage threshold stay advisory. dependabot.yml schedules weekly updates for the root Go module, the separate tests/e2e module, frontend npm, the SHA-pinned workflow actions and the digest-pinned Dockerfile base images. Minor and patch updates are grouped per ecosystem and each ecosystem is capped at 5 open PRs to keep the volume reviewable. A 7-day cooldown keeps brand-new releases out until they have had time to be yanked; zizmor's dependabot-cooldown audit flags its absence at medium severity. CODEOWNERS assigns everything to @cristim. The ruleset does not require code-owner review, so this only auto-requests reviews. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Why
Owner decision D19 (acting owner, 2026-10-26), from the CI-policy question in #1307: add Dependabot version updates and a CODEOWNERS file. Snyk, Trivy and the coverage threshold stay advisory. This PR doesn't touch them.
What
.github/dependabot.yml: weekly version updates for://tests/e2e/frontend//Dockerfile,Dockerfile.devandDockerfile.testpin base images by tag and digestEvery entry:
open-pull-requests-limit: 5.cooldown.default-days: 7, so Dependabot only proposes a release once it is a week old. zizmor'sdependabot-cooldownaudit reports this as medium severity when it's missing, and the delay gives a compromised or yanked release time to be caught.chore(deps), orchore(ci)for actions) and thetype/chorelabel..github/CODEOWNERS:* @cristim. Code-owner review is not required by the branch ruleset, so this file only auto-requests a review from the code owner on new PRs. It doesn't block or gate merges.Verification
.github/dependabot.ymlpasses the Dependabot JSON schema (check-jsonschema --builtin-schema vendor.dependabot).--offline --persona=pedantic) on.github/dependabot.yml: no findings at any severity. The CI invocation (--min-severity=medium .github/workflows/) is unchanged and still clean.ci.ymlcheck validates top-level.github/files beyond the above. I greppedscripts/andci.yml, and the workflow checks only look at.github/workflows/.go build/go vet(plus the integration and e2e tags), secrets scan andscripts/test-git-secrets-allowlist.sh: pass. No Go code changed. After merge
Dependabot PRs will start appearing weekly, at most 5 open per ecosystem, with minor and patch bumps grouped into one PR each. They go through the same CI and review as any other PR.
