Changes

• replace the V1 server/TUI lifecycle with OpenCode v2 definitions
• mount one tracked Solid subtree and preserve user collapse/selection state
• add deterministic runtime states, serialized reloads, and resilient directory watching
• remove slot_order and document OhMyOpenAgent as the only current source
• publish verified artifacts through GitHub Actions and npm OIDC

• Actual TUI startup passed individually and alongside opencode-usage-monitor on OpenCode v2.0.32 and current v2.1.2, with host-matching OpenTUI peers and no plugin load warnings.
