From the 20 Oct redundancy audit (corrected 21 Oct against the code).

• Reduce Transparency moves from Wallpaper & Appearance > Glass to Accessibility, beside Reduce Motion, with its own note. The Glass card says where to turn it off when it is on.
• On Layout the dock's Position menu joins the card with its Width, Space between dock apps, Align and Height, and that card is now called Dock (it was "Side rail"). The Position card keeps Apps and Status.

Not changed: the badge rows already show only when Notification badges isn't Off, and the island's two Hide switches stay as two.

Checked: SettingsRegroupTest, the search coverage tests, unit tests and lint, and on the Fold8 inner screen (all three pages, the Dock Position menu, and Reduce Transparency on then off).
