Centralize staged/published eligibility, add per-tenant batch records, and share ISO-week helpers used by the ops dashboard.
Add /platform-admin/pivot/:tenantKey routing, Tenant Management entry, city switcher, shared page chrome, and debounced batch-week picker (Task 6.1).
Add ops bundle, performance/insights services, and the Overview UI with readiness card for per-city week analytics.
Default new imports to staged, add batch release/unrelease, and update Lab to Stage vs emergency RELEASE_NOW instead of auto-publish.
Add saved jobs/runs, uncapped Luma/Partiful crawl, readiness scoring, tenant admin routes, and the Curation UI with Release week.
Add journey overview/funnel/history APIs, most-active user list, and intents-only wipe with WIPE confirm for ops debugging.
