Adds the anchor launch post (post-mortem-style narrative for r/ClaudeCode + Show HN push) and its practical procedural companion. The launch post walks the four agent failure modes ($1,700 GH #37686, $437 dev.to, $800 r/nocode, $50 OpenRouter, 233 ghost agents, $47k LangChain) and demos `tj demo run retry-loop`. The how-to post is the cluster post for "how to monitor claude code" — 5 steps from CLAUDE_CODE_ENABLE_TELEMETRY=1 to behavioral drift, including a troubleshooting section. publishDate spread: launch on 05-15, how-to on 05-18 (static-site publishDate gate handles the drip; both posts merge in this PR).
