Updates the README's logo image src from the old domain (opencla.watch/icon.svg) to the new website domain (tokenjam.dev/icon.svg). Using the website's hosted file as the single source of truth means logo updates on tokenjam.dev flow through to the README automatically. Note: the website's icon.svg currently still has the old (compass) design — it needs a separate PR in the tokenjam-website repo to update to the new TJ jam-jar mark before this README will display correctly.
