Adds a Network choice to Parsar's environment template: allow (default), block, or allow only listed domains. It maps directly to the official Environment
networkfield and is omitted when networking is allowed, so existing templates send the same request. Core validates the domains and its errors surface as before.Verification: example/parsar typecheck and tests/product.test.mjs pass.
