Moves microsandbox from v0.7.8 to v0.7.11 and takes the Go SDK and its FFI from a thin fork, so fixes we need no longer wait for an upstream release.

  • Fork: oac branch of SaladDay/microsandbox = upstream tag v0.7.11 + one fork-only workflow + two patches also proposed upstream (restore DNS rebind protection; restore strict mode). Tag oac-v0.7.11-1 built the FFI in upstream's manylinux 2.28 container; release asset SHA256 e489ea93….
  • SDK: go.mod replaces the upstream module with the fork commit fc39b5b5; the helper's installation check now requires exactly that replacement.
  • FFI: scripts/build-microsandbox-provider.py pins the fork release URL and checksum.
  • Runtime: official v0.7.11 archive (SHA256 5fc2206f…, matches upstream checksums.sha256); same libkrunfw.so.5.6.1 file name.
  • Docs: maintainers guide (EN/zh) describes the fork and how to move to a new tag; adapter README updated (v0.7.11 can update labels live, so the old reason for the next-start policy is gone; the metrics source claims were rechecked against v0.7.11).

No behavior change in the adapter; the new restore options are used in a follow-up.

Checks: make check-microsandbox-provider (fork FFI embedded, all tests pass), go test ./services/core/internal/sandbox/microsandbox/..., pytest deploy/node.

The SDK and its FFI come from the oac branch of SaladDay/microsandbox
(upstream v0.7.11 plus the restore DNS rebind and strict options); the
runtime is the official v0.7.11 release.
