Publication is BLOCKED. GitHub Pages for this repository returned HTTP 404 on 27 October 2026. There is no blog or static-site pipeline, and
docs/launch-v0.2.mdleaves the publish decision with the founder. This pull request does not create an account, does not touch WordPress.org SVN, and does not edit plugin runtime code.The installable plugin described in the articles is WordPress.org WriteLeash 0.2.2. Restricted-agent and stock-on-grant behavior from #312, and the compatibility pair rule merged in #330, are labeled as repository work that is not the directory download.
