Remove the checked-in Word lock file
This added ~$...docx file is a transient Microsoft Word owner/lock file rather than tutorial content; its bytes include the local editor name and it will be regenerated by Word when the real document is opened. Keeping it in the repo leaks local user metadata and adds a confusing duplicate .docx artifact alongside DNA_Parts_with_sequences.docx, so it should be deleted instead of committed.
