GitHub Actions does not follow a repository rename for reusable-workflow `uses:` refs, so the three callers pinned to the old NDDev-it-com/nddev-ci-workflows slug (@1acba68 / 0.2.4) failed to dispatch. Repoint to NDDev-it-com/ci-workflows @2ccb80e (0.12.0). Target workflows have no required inputs/secrets; codeql keeps its languages input. Resolves RVR-P2-006 for nddev-browser.
