Cryptid Antimatter Customizer

This mod allows players to dynamically customize the Antimatter Deck by selecting exactly which unlocked starting deck modifiers (both vanilla and custom) will be pooled together and applied.

Installation

1. Locate Your Balatro Mods Folder

Before downloading, locate your Balatro Mods folder:

  • Windows: Press Win + R, paste %AppData%/Balatro/Mods and press Enter.
  • macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Balatro/Mods
  • Linux (Steam Deck): ~/.local/share/Balatro/Mods

2. Choose an Installation Method

Select one of the options below to get the mod files:

Option A: Download from Releases (Recommended)

  3. Under Assets, download the .zip file (usually named CryptidAntimatterCustomizer.zip or Source code (zip)).
  4. Extract the contents of the .zip file.
  5. Move the extracted folder (make sure it is named CryptidAntimatterCustomizer) directly into your Balatro Mods folder.

Disclaimer

This mod was designed and developed with the assistance of AI.

To keep things completely transparent: the code for this mod was generated entirely by an AI assistant based on my prompts and testing.

I understand and respect that AI-generated content is a sensitive topic within the Balatro and Cryptid modding communities, where many players and developers prefer hand-written projects. If you are uncomfortable with AI-assisted code, please feel free to take the ideas, mechanics, or concepts from this mod and write your own version entirely from scratch. I would genuinely welcome seeing these ideas brought to life through a fully human-written alternative.
