Commits the CI-bootstrapped perf-baseline artifact from the PR #18 run (gcc-14, ubuntu-24.04):

key Ir baseline
integer_qformat 9,793,323 (unchanged)
integer_mul 5,396,203
qformat_div 6,796,177
cross_grid_assign 3,996,218
checked_add 4,396,258

With these committed, each key's cachegrind gate fails a >5% instruction-count regression. This PR's own perf job validates the values on the same runner class.

CI-bootstrapped values from the PR #18 run (gcc-14, ubuntu-24.04):
integer_mul, qformat_div, cross_grid_assign, checked_add join the
existing integer_qformat key (unchanged). With these committed, each
key now fails a >5% instruction-count regression.
