Made the Unplacement as a cleaner.
Unplacement will now consider obs on the base tiling
Import fixes and other adjustments to match parent class

Makes unplacement a mappling cleaner method. Uses the unplacement algorithm from CayleyPerm's unplacement_fix branch.
